Pallet Gate can provide permanent protection for any openings requiring material or pallet access. The gates are designed to provide a retrofit solution to existing guardrails requiring opening protection. The Pallet Safety Gate is designed to fit seamlessly with the EnduRail modular guardrail or existing guardrail and ensure continuous protection when goods are moving up or down from the mezzanine.

The Pivot Mezzanine Safety Gate has a cantilever structure designed to balance the weight for a single person to operate efficiently. As an Aluminum structure, it is light in weight for ease of operation.

How difficult is it to install the Mezzanine Safety Gates?

The Mezzanine Safety Gate typically ships with pre-cut, partially assembled cantilever side arms. Referring to our installation manual will make completing the assembly and installation easy.

How difficult is it to repair the damaged Mezzanine Safety Gates?

The pallet gate system is modular, and any damaged parts can be easily replaced if damaged. Simply disassemble the gate from the damaged area and replace them with new fittings and tubes.
